Shipping

Fish-Foam ships internationally and uses USPS.  For items under 13 oz like rulers and accessories shipments are primarily USPS First Class Packages.  Items greater than 13 oz are shipped USPS Priority.  The exact shipping times for USPS Priority vary by location within the USA but usually expect 2-3 days for delivery.  We provide tracking information for your purpose when orders are fulfilled.  As USPS has had issues with timely deliveries and lost items.  Please do not hesitate to contact chris@fish-foam.com to report the information and help resolve the problem.  

Handling

For most orders handling time can be 1-3 days.  Many items are in stock, however, color and style variations are made to order.  Custom items handling time depends on the intricacy of the design but can be expected to range 3 to 5 days.

The total cost for shipping and handling of items ranges from 5 to 15 dollars.  A 5 dollar item example is a ruler less than 13 oz.  A 15 dollar item would be a RTIC 65 cover or 36 inch helm pad.  Some of the costs associated (~1-2$) covers the cost of packing and shipping materials.
